Faculty

ASB's faculty is a group of true thought leaders with a powerful mix of academic depth and industry experience. The core faculty is composed of an enthused, dynamic team of individuals, most of whom are IIM graduates with substantial work experience. They are committed to shaping tomorrow's business leaders today, giving students the skills, perspectives and values they need to make a real difference in the professional world. This dream team is supplemented by visiting faculty and practising professionals from around the world.

Curriculum

ASB emphasises learning by doing. The curriculum is delivered via a combination of case studies, projects, presentations, role-playing sessions and simulations. Students go through an 8 week internship in their second year to help contextualise what they are learning, with the faculty providing guidance through the internship to maximize learning and growth. The curriculum is designed to bring incoming students at all levels up to speed quickly and equip them with skills and concepts that employers value the most.

Infrastructure

ASB's campus combines an eco-friendly ambiance with high-tech tools to support learning. This includes 24-hour dedicated wireless connectivity that links students, via exclusive laptops, to courseware and the rest of the world. A large, well-stocked library provides the perfect place to research management literature and data.

ASB is driven by successful professionals who wish to provide a platform for future generations of achievers. The Board of Directors comprises a group of high-powered professionals who guide ASB in its quest to provide the best in management education. ASB has also drawn together a core group of management teachers and professionals into an Advisory Council that helps enrich the School's initiatives.
